The home of Marlegoo Charbray Stud & Koolibah Long-Tail Lamb 
"MARLEGOO CHARBRAY STUD CATTLE" breeds & provides quality seedstock to commercial & stud beef producers alike. Bred in our Central Queensland conditions of tick, fly, drought & flood - the "survive-ability", fertility & finishing ability of our predominantly polled cattle, stand up to the tests time & again. Our herd is pure, generation bred Charbray, a move that was initially unconscious & then with intent, as this breed continued to perform under all the stressors & to fit ALL the markets. As certified Charbray breeders we sell bulls out of the paddock and annually at the Charbray National Sale at CQLX Gracemere, in September.
"KOOLIBAH LONG-TAIL LAMB" is our paddock to plate, ethically raised & chemical free meat sheep enterprise, providing lamb direct from our farm to your table, cut & boxed specifically to your families requirements. Ordered direct through us, butchered & boxed in nearby Monto, for collection at either Biloela or Monto. This boutique sideline business is flourishing, as the quality & flavour does the talking for us. This fact along with the raising of lambs on grass, with guardian dogs, ethically with no tail docking or chemicals - remains our focus. Quality not quantity! We loved being a part of the 2020 and 2021 Capricorn Food & Wine Festival's, "Farmer Meets Foodie Chef's Table", with our lamb. |
